Musk Melts Down, Cancels America First Brigade
Elon Musk, disconnected from average Americans, went on a spree on X, targeting and de-verifying accounts opposing U.S. immigration expansion.
X-chief Elon Musk, a bit out of touch with the reality of everyday Americans, went on a bizarre rampage, nuking accounts on his platform and removing verification badges for those who stood against the expansion of immigration into the States.
Musk's tear was nothing short of embarrassing for the documented richest man in the world, so much so the South African immigrant deleted his own posts.
His tune somehow resonated with President-elect Donald Trump, which was cited in a Saturday report by the New York Post. The "Great White Hope" (2016) Trump did not sing the same tune at that particular time. He had actually admitted the abusive H-1B visas hurt Americans, although he had used them as a businessman. His new conversion to "open borders" seems to be more and more at the helm of his ever-diversifying cabinet.
Aside from the immigration issue, which is a far-reach from America First and may be more suitable for the expanding "MAGA" movement, lies the inauthenticity of Musk's "free speech" promises for his platform.
For dissenters, or as Musk calls them, "unrepentant racists," he removed verification for New York Young Republicans president Gavin Wax (temporarily) and independent journalists Owen Shroyer, Cassandra MacDonald and Laura Loomer, to name a few. Loomer was even temporarily suspended. Musk also stripped gold privileges from the prominent @ConservativeOG account.
MacDonald told Paleocon Publishing, "The removal of verification, despite being a paid service, is petty and vindictive. Musk voted for Joe Biden in 2020, endorsed Ron DeSantis in the primary, and is now acting as though he is the arbiter of who and what ideas are MAGA because he threw cash at Donald Trump."
She continued, "Even Jack Dorsey let us have fun on here for years before it turned into a censorship-ridden anti-fun zone. Musk cracked way sooner. He is not right wing, and everyone who thinks he is will end up with a rude awakening sooner or later."
Remarkable.
As for the Groyper accounts, Project Groyper (@ProjectGroyp) was suspended after criticizing Musk's advocacy of H-1B visas and unbounded immigration. The accounts linked to the gold-verified account were also taken down. Personal favorites of Paleocon Publishing, @Hamiltonianist, @raymo_g, @Kaizerrev, @scksgrypr, @classicsgroyp and @HOPLITEUSA were unjust and without reason removed. The latter five can now be found via alternate accounts advocating for a reinstatement of the original accounts and the organization account.
Hoplite Alt (@justachillgroyp, formerly @HOPLITEUSA) wrote in a report that the Project Groyper account had no infractions and was banned manually through a human moderator. The account remarked on the lack of transparency and the questionable abrupt actions of Musk during this time period.
Other accounts linked to Project Groyper that were banned include @AFDaltonC @TylerRussellUSA, @Golden_Groyper, @Pinesap3wasc, @JohnDaveIrving, @ZoomerRandy, @synogague and @PunishedNitrate.
The account @TomHennessey69 also stirred Musk's mental breakdown over immigration after correcting a point he reflected upon. After going back and forth with Musk, the user lost his verification badge without any specific cause.
The unhinged billionaire even threatened Americans – yes, American citizens – who were against the furthering of the H-1B immigration program. The only thing that seemed to be on Musk's mind was further expansion and profits of his businesses.
Aside from this particular immigration issue being Musk's opinion, he promised on Twitter, now X, to be a free-speech platform. Going against the owner's opinion appears to be a blatant "no-no" now, making the platform agenda-driven. At least, under the former owner, Jack Dorsey, he maintained appearances and certainly didn't completely crack until the end of his tenure.
Musk has repeated the above post numerous times on his platform, including with the reinstatement of Christian Nationalist Nicholas J. Fuentes. At the time he said Fuentes "... will be reinstated, provided he does not violate the law, and let him be crushed by the comments and Community Notes ..."
Even more ironic is that Musk's own "America" PAC posted a petition for free speech on Oct 6, 2024. Where did his principles go then? It seems they have shriveled up with the threat that he may be forced to hire native-born Americans rather than sweeping up the easy dollar from West Asia.
To lay cover for his recent censorship, he wrote that his efforts would be focused on "spam" accounts.
"Live by the spam, die by the spam."
Perhaps it wasn't surprising that Musk announced this soon after Project Groyper started its account based upon the formation of a group of Groypers as "an organization to be an aggregate of America First material," said @classicsgroyp now @punishedclass.
"We wanted to respond to the news and current events in a way that was representative of a conservative perspective but also show the best of our talent. So we brought together accounts of all types – focus[ed] on clips, quotes, video edits, memes, people who speak on spaces, write threads, [and] focus on religion."
Classics told Paleocon Publishing that it was "because of the news cycle this week [that] we talked about the Nick Fuentes assassination attempt, the impossibility of him getting premium, the presence of influence at AmFest, and especially the Trump immigration" newfound policies that led to the ban.
"... We had a thread of Trump's 2024 promises and some posts about the H-1B visa stuff everyone is talking about. They banned us after that. .. They banned the organization for being an [alleged] inauthentic account. .. We have an LLC with a credit card connected to it and whatnot. We went through through the whole process of getting it approved."
Classics said they don't have access to all the posts and were never reposted, quote-posted, or even replied to by anyone. "All we'd do is post, and none of the posts were ever flagged; we never got a time out [or] community note."
Golden (@Golden_grypr) elaborated to Paleocon Publishing about attaining an X organization account. He noted they registered as a business with an email linking to their own private domain – www.projectgroyp.com. After several verification methods done under X, they finalized after swearing under penalty of perjury that their information was information, including LLC documentation that was accurate.
The public record of their LLC was set up based in Wyoming via OTOCO.io. As part of incorporating, Golden was provided official LLC documents that the group then sent to X as part of the process. Golden remarked that "many other companies use OTOCO and have had verified organizations on X for over a year now.
Groypers Ray (@raygroyp) and Golden also provided the State of Wyoming's Secretary of State Business Division filing form and the limited liability company operating agreement.

Project Groyper affirmed its authenticity, but sadly, Musk revealed his lack thereof. He may occasionally make some pivots in our direction, but the man is grounded in his own agenda and his own world as an immigrant and a businessman. Musk will never be what he proclaims as "MAGA" or even remotely as America First. That's the sad reality of the X-platform and this incoming second Trump administration.
Expect a further watering down of America First across all spectrums of American life but not its people, as the States' suitors are nothing more than a menace to the 2016 agenda we had all hoped for.
Project Groyper will not go unsung, as its previous message of "Christ is King" is now widely embraced. This is how the people will respond, diverging more from the mainstream into the dissident after pushback from the tyrants.
